After having my first infrared sauna experience at Zen, I left feeling amazing. Not only is the layout very aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly the cleanliness is 100/10. The rooms are fitted with TVs which makes time fly, perfect way to wind down for an hour and catch up on a tv show. Jana who works there was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of the saunas/cold plunge which made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend! Looking forward to my next session!

Love coming to this zen den! Five stars isn’t enough, the staff, fit out and amenities are second to none. I especially love the infrared light therapy bed, relives pain and inflammation for me while healing my cancer.

I am 66 years old and have NEVER done anything like this before. First time, and I can honestly say it was everything that I was told and more. The facilities are outstanding, private room, shower, TV. I am converted, will become a weekly ritual. The owner Tommy was very knowledgeable and a gentleman. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love Zen Wellness Studios. Beautiful, clean, peaceful — everything you want from a sauna and cold plunge experience. The facilities are high quality and always well looked after. A proper retreat. Highly recommend!

What a great way to unwind, relax and relieve body aches and pains! We love the discounted morning sessions & instead of a cold plunge do the cold shower instead!

Very nice and clean, the sauna and ice bath combination was so nice while you watch netflix on the tv. Great concept, I highly recommend this wellness centre.

What an incredible experience. From the moment my partner and I walked in we were blown away, the aesthetics, atmosphere and friendly nature of Tommy was a true stand out. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and explained everything so well, which made my first session feel comfortable and effortless. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed and glowing. Exactly what I needed on a rest day. Can’t wait to come back
